John 16: 12-15
Jesus said to his disciples: “I have much more to tell you, but you cannot bear it now.
But when he comes, the Spirit of truth, he will guide you to all truth. He will not speak on his own, but he will speak what he hears, and will declare to you the things that are coming.
He will glorify me, because he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.
Everything that the Father has is mine; for this reason I told you that he will take from what is mine and declare it to you.
The grace of the Holy Spirit is conferred by faith, so we get the knowledge about God. The grace of the Holy Spirit is the key to this knowledge. The word opens our closed and veiled minds. We must be careful to pay atention to the meaning of the words. If the key does not open the door, no one enters the Father´s house. As Christ says:”No one comes to the Father exept through me”.The Holy Spirit is named the key because it is the one who leades us and gives us first spiritual illumination, and afterwards we are enleghtened with the light of knowledge, and baptized from above, and called children of God and born as new persons. Saint Paul writes in his gospel: ” The Spirit himselves intercedes for us with enexpressible groans”. “God has given his Spirit to our hearts and he cries out, ´Abba, Father`.
Praise the LORD from the heavens;
praise him in the heights;
praise him, all you his angels;
praise him, all you his hosts.
Let the kings of the earth and all peoples,
the princes and all the judges of the earth,
young men too, and maidens,
old men and boys.
Praise the name of the LORD,
for his name alone is exalted;
his majesty is above earth and heaven.
He has lifted up the horn of his people.
be this his praise from all his faithful ones,
from the children of Israel, the people close to him. Alleluia
