John 20 As newborn babes, long for the spiritual milk which is without guile, that ye may grow thereby unto salvation.
The Lord wants us to spread His WORD all over the world. As God had sent Jesus to show Him to the men, so Jesus sent his followers to do the same.
Without knowing the word – the Bible – we cannot know what the Lord wants from the humans. He wants us to grow in spirit, prayer, love and show Him to all people. The word is like a mirror of god, we can see him in His sayings. He told his disciples to unite brothers and sisters and not to divide them. Every person shall grow in faith, love, humbleness and prayer. When time passes and we stand still on the same place and do not move, we cannot grow. God wants us to grow:
2 Corinthians 3:18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Spirit of the Lord.
